Outaouais Indigenous Experiences

We invite you to enjoy an award-winning and authentic Indigenous experience at our new location on the grounds of the impressive Museum of History in Gatineau. Interactive group programs are available from May to October and in July and August for Employment Integration Training (EIT). Come enjoy traditional Pow Wow dancing, music, craft creation, and guided tours in both official languages, as well as in German, Japanese, and Mandarin. Groups can also enjoy our “Signature Experience,” which includes a visit to the First Peoples Hall, an animated canoe ride with traditional welcoming and Pow Wow dance performances, or choose a customized group experience tailored to their needs.
