Chef Norma, who is originally from Gesga-pegiag, a Mi’kmaw community. My role as an Indigenous chef is to bring back our natural way of cooking as our ancestors left for us to continue using, I off er creative, indigenous food options for indigenous and non indigenous crowds. Th e ser-vice off erings are unique and true to my heritage and I am proud to be Indigenous catering chef.
