My role as an Indigenous chef is to bring back the natural way of cooking that our ancestors passed down to us. Being an Indigenous chef has been my passion for quite some time now; I’m a strong Mi’kmaq woman who doesn’t give up on anything, I always do what’s needed, and I make things happen.
