Vibrate to the rhythm of the big drum

Named after the sacred eagle, Troupe Sandokwa has been traveling around the world since 1976, teaching people about the history and customs of the Huron-Wendat through authentic traditional dances. Wearing the typical headdress of their ancestors and dressed in traditional clothes made from moose, deer, and beaver skins, three generations of Huron-Wendat dance to the sound of the ceremonial drum, echoing a beating heart. More than 15 dancers deliver a performance steeped in sharing, emotion, and authenticity.
