What is Sagamité? It is a traditional soup of Odanak Abinaki culinary heritage. The soup is made with 9 bean varieties, Hominy corn, spices, and dehydrated vegetables. Simply add all the ingredients to a pot of boiling water and simmer. You can add some venison to experience a unique emblematic First Peoples meal!
