Come and dance in the footsteps of our ancestors
New 10-day format for the 19th edition. From July 4 to 13, 2025, Mamuhitunanu | First Nations Great Summer Gathering will be held at Mashteuiatsh's Uashassihtsh site. Come and dance in the footsteps of their ancestors to the beat of the teuehikan (traditional drum) and drumming groups. You'll be able to smell game cooked over embers and taste their traditional dishes, while soaking up our age-old culture with the many First Nations artists and craftspeople. You can also appreciate the endurance of their athletes in traditional sports competitions and enjoy musical performances in a unique setting on the shores of Pekuakami (Lac Saint-Jean).
