Ungava Polar Eco-tours offers excursions to explore the magnificent Ungava Bay territory. With its main camp located in the Gyrfalcon Islands, home to the highest tides in the world, our guests will have the opportunity to observe breathtaking tidal currents, polar bears, muskoxen, caribous, seals, birds and more. We also recently added winter tours to our itinerary. All inclusive custom trips are available for different levels of experience. This can include viewing of northern lights and Muskoxen and returning to the hotel every night, viewing northern lights and Muskoxen and sleeping in a tent and building an igloo (and sleeping in it) for 3 days, or for the more adventurous, going on a wild 4 days polar bear seeking trip near Kangiqsualujjuaq.
